Quality Design
Design quality is a key factor in reducing manufacturing costs. Maintenance times, replacement of worn spare parts and breakages cause machine downtime with important costs for companies. For the past 15 years, Wise has been developing the design and characteristics of its components trying to minimize downtime. Over time this has allowed our customers to replace fewer spare parts for our machines, reducing maintenance costs. In the graph below you can swim as the constant sale of our lines (blue line) is not followed hand in hand with the sale of spare parts which, since 2011, has remained almost unchanged. This shows that the production costs of the WISE lines have been drastically reduced. Buy quality to save over time
