STRIPSTAR

The basic machine includes an entry conveyor, two stripping and three rinsing chambers: the modular design offers the possibility of adding various stripping, rinsing or acid rinse modules to meet more complex production requirements.

Drying modules of different configurations are available to meet all production requirements.

This series is available to accommodate panel widths of 650 (25,5”) and 760mm (30”).

Stripstar series can process panel from 0,5 to 5 mm (.020” to .200”) thickness as a standard, but can easily works with boards down to 0,05 mm. (.002”) using the Thin Material System or up to 12,7 mm. (.500”) with the Thick Board Option.

Strip-Ultraflex series is suitable to process panel from 0,025 core to 7 mm (.001” to .270”) thickness. This special version is dedicated to FPC production. This New Concept machines have been especially designed to satisfy the actual requirements for advanced high machine performance features at lower production costs. Read more in Ultraflex section.

The upper spray pipes can be removed from the top and lower spray pipes can be easily removed from the side of the machine and exact repositioned after cleaning and maintenance operations.

The strong self supporting structure, three millimeter thick, is completely constructed in Stainless Steel: this allows the possibility for stripping up of 70°C.

All the solution sprayed, before returning in a lower tank, passes through the high efficient rotating drum filter so the main quantity of dry-film residues can be removed immediately.

Screen Filtration on board or external Screen Filtration Units are auxiliary systems for filtering very small dry film residues in the stripping process as well as for keeping in suspension the solution inside the main stripping tank in order to avoid deposition of the dry film on the bottom of the same tank.

Following the last stripping chamber, a squeegee minimizes the solution drag-out into the rinsing sections. A one ring blower can be added in this section to increase the efficiency of saving stripping solution.

The new design allows to install all the instruments like pressure gauges, flowmeter, ph or conductivity meter in full view of the operator.

All the pumps are located opposite the operator side with extremely easy access for maintenance purposes as well as the filter housings to facilitate the removal of the cartridges.

Automatic spraying pressure regulation, solution make-up devices can be implemented as options with Stripstar series for many different process of the fabrication of printed circuits.
