Technical Training in the USA
Training program across various regions in the U.S.
In light of WISE's significant market expansion in the USA, we are taking proactive steps to strengthen and enhance our Technical Support across the country. As part of our constant effort to provide knowledge and training to our partners, we have organized a more extensive training program for the local technicians across various regions in the U.S.
Recently, technical sessions took place in San Jose and Los Angeles ensuring our team remains up-to-date with the latest machine features and best practices. This hands-on training provided a valuable opportunity for face-to-face discussions on how we can deliver the best service to our customers. These sessions were led by our Technical Service Manager, Mr. Riccardo Santini, who travelled from Italy specifically for this purpose. Technicians from different locations across the USA attended the training, demonstrating their dedication to excellence. This effort was made possible thanks to our local distributor which has made a major commitment and investment in making sure we have the most skilled and knowledgeable technicians available to our mutual customers.
Besides having our classroom sessions, we also took the opportunity to visit some of our valued customers in California, conducting hands-on training in front of machines in production—because nothing beats learning in a real-world environment. Wise has been chosen not only for the exceptional quality of our machines but also for our strong technical support. This support is bolstered by our local distributors, Technica USA and Photo Chemical Systems, Inc, and their network of skilled technicians.
Another key part of our commitment to provide a high-level service to our customers is expressed in the establishment of an inventory system for spare parts that links three strategically located warehouses, intended to ensure fast and reliable support. These warehouses are positioned on the West Coast, the East Coast, and in Italy. We expect this inventory system to be more enhanced in the following months.
A big thank you to Riccardo and our U.S. team for their time and attention during this two-week period helping us to fulfil our commitment for continuous improvement!
